It's natural to feel apprehensive about trying something new, especially when you’ve tried so many methods before. I get that, I truly do. I’ve been there, done that, got the t-shirt. But by learning what is the main reason behind your failures in the past, you can not just transform your body but you can change your life too


The truth is, there will never be a perfect time to start. Life will always be busy, and there will always be something that you need to do. But if you're serious about making a change, you need to commit to it now. The longer you wait, the further away you’re moving from your goal. The time is going to pass anyway you might as well make the most of it.


so who am i?

My name is Elena (pictured here with my older boy) and I understand your struggles! I myself, have tried every diet under the sun only to lose the weight put it back on and continue this never ending cycle.

Once I learnt proper nutrition, proper training and the right mindset work the whole process became easier and more manageable

I now help women just like you to stop dieting for good, learn to train and fall in love with the process.


how it works

Once you sign up for my program, we'll start with a comprehensive assessment to determine your specific needs and goals. From there, I'll create a personalized nutrition and training plan that's tailored to your body and lifestyle. We'll work together to monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure you're getting the results you want. All you need to do is to commit to it for a minimum of 3 months.



how does it work

You’ll be working with me directly for a minimum of 3 months (£150 a month)

  • Weekly check ins (to help you stay supported and accountable)
  • Personalised nutrition and training plan
  • WhatsApp support

After the initial 3 months you can either stay on this plan or move down to the next package of £99 (if you feel that you need less support)

You can stay for as long as you feel you need support
